Leupold Mark 4 or Zeiss

I see Midway has a deal right now for the Mark 4 with TMR Reticle for $750.00, it turns out I can get a Zeiss V-4 for slightly less.
It would be great to hear from anyone who has experience with both but I would also like to hear from anyone who has used either scope.
Leupold does not have zero stop, Zeiss has, Zeiss does not have exposed windage knob but I am not tooo worried about that.
It just appeared the Leupold was a killer deal.
Thanks

The Leupold sounds like a great deal, and I think would be great. (I do rate Leupold very highly) But I don't think I'd buy another scope without some type of zero stop again. The capped wind is a good thing to have, you know it's not getting bumped.

I went with a Zeiss V-4, got a great deal for about $50.00 less than this Leupold deal.
The Zeiss has capped windage and Zero stop.
Thanks for the replies
