Its just got to rings around the jacket that are indented into the bullet.. about a 1/8 of a inch below the tip

Shoot those two with two normal bullets at your 300 yard target and see if they go into the group or stray and make there own group.

Shoot on white paper and color them one color and the normals another. Could be something to learn here.

There are people who believe a ring back from the tip will improve a bullets flight much like the dimpling on a golf ball

I'd use it as a fouler. Not up on the bearing surface.
2 out of 100 not bad.
