Me? Growing up I use to ski in a water ski show and one year we dragged the boats down to the Mississippi a little south of St Paul and went water skiing (I went bare footing).
Tomorrow they get off easy, it will only be -5 at 7AM! These Minnesotans have gotten up every morning over the last 60+ days for their daily morning dip! They were at it again this morning (Only -15 degrees F @ 7:30AM).

What velocity's are you getting with these loads? I'm running 41gns of RL16 with the 147eldm's @2490, @20k off the jam length off of my Savage, Tho I have not found the accuracy that I want yet due to the seating depth and time to get to the range because of my work schedule of 10hrs a day 7 days a week for the last 2yrs, But this rifle I have does show allot of promise in accuracy,

Initially, I accepted the reason (excuse) ammunition shortage was due to hoarding, Covid shutdowns, supply, etc, etc, etc. A lot of time has passed but I'm seeing stock reappearing BUT the prices are at a minimum 3X to 10X the price of only 3 years ago.
I have powder containers with price stickers $25-$29/pound. Today the same powders are $45-$55/pound.Primers used to be $19.99/1000 and now they're $129/1000.
Greed aside, the bottleneck is much higher than the local gun shops.

Undercurrent rumor that Simmons in Bastrop, LA had 210M primers. I called and asked for the limit. $13 a hundred card, 200 per customer limit. Pffft.! Really appreciate that they are spreading the wealth and giving everybody a shot. But I am 2.5 hours away. Toyota Tundra at 16 MPG on a high density, low temperature day. Parked. Economics ruled the day. LOL.

Right on the money. Just got through with a heated, verbal wrestling match with CitiBank about a Home Depot bill due 12 JAN that I received yesterday. Paid in full, but I am a**sed up. Told the young man from Citi if this F up by THEM put a ding on my credit, Home Depot card gone. Blue/gray tones soothe the beasts. LOL
