Body die

Stopped at three local gun stores nobody has one. Checked midway, Brownell, grafts, and , one who I forget and they are all out of stock. 

Any suggestions?

A full length sizing bushing die without the bushing is the same thing

Does it need to be bushing die or can I use a non bushing die?  I want to use it to put my expander.

If you use a non bushing die, you will size the neck as well.

I guess if the expander mandrel will do the work without raising the case all the way up into the FLS die, then it would work. Kind of like just using the expander to round out necks of new brass before trimming and loading it.
