Four States Two man team match (Fclass)

This is the sixth year for the Four States Two Man team match. It is a two man 600yrd Fclass string fire match held at Panola County Gun Club in Carthage Tx. Competition has always been tough, drawing some of the best in the Fclass game from all over in years past.

Although we typically don't shoot many 600yrd matches, this one is always on the list.

Third place Tracy Harrold/Barry Holcombe...defending champs,also shot the highest score to date for this match last year dropping one point 1999/144X.

Took a quick look at the competitor list. I see the Colorado boys Gosnell/Cohen stayed in the hunt. Norm,  number 19 is Robin Ardoin. He is a member here (Rardoin) and a good friend. He hasn't posted much over the last year. We miss his good input.

Thanks for the kind words Jerry.  I have not been shooting much and it shows.  Omar and Norm were a machine!  One match tore me up and sealed fate as I lost 6 points.  The sun was right in my eyes and I think my early cataracts screwed me up.  I could hardly get a sight picture and struggled just to maintain point of aim.  The good news is I have not had a barrel/load shoot this flat all day ever.  It will help me get back in the saddle since I will be confident that "fliers" are almost certainly my fault.

Congrats to Norm and Omar for a well deserved win.  Hopefully the publicity does not put Omar on the map of CBP and gets him deported!
